REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

OVERVIEW

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The TCG Guys. All orders are subject to our Terms of Sale as specified in our Terms of service

At The TCG Guys, we want all our customers to have peace of mind that we handle and package with care to ensure your product arrives undamaged.

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us for a return.

We do not offer refund if you order the wrong items or if you change your mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thetcgguys.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

REFUNDS FOR PRE-ORDER

We know you're excited to receive your products, so here are a few things to keep in mind when placing pre-orders.

A pre-order refers to an item that isn't yet in stock but can be purchased in advance to secure it. Pre-ordering is especially important for limited-release items, as they may sell out before their official release. By pre-ordering, you ensure you’ll get the product when it becomes available.

Please remember that pre-order release dates are estimates and may change without notice. These changes are out of our control and depend on decisions made by our distributors and manufacturers. Additionally, product allocations are not guaranteed. If a pre-order item becomes unavailable due to allocation issues, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds or cancellations for pre-orders are only allowed under specific conditions. Each pre-order item will be clearly marked on the The TCG Guys website, so please review the product description carefully to confirm whether it’s in stock or a pre-order item.

If a customer opts to refund/change their mind on their pre-order, The TCG Guys can either:

• Refund 50% of the total order upon change of mind cancellation. (I.e. Pre-order Item was purchased for $100, therefore The TCG Guys will only refund of 50% off total order which means $50 will be refunded.)

  OR

• Allow a customer to swap their product for a product(s) of equivalent value, given there is stock for those item(s). (I.e. Pre-Order Item (A) was bought for $100, so that customer can swap it for $100 worth of product(s)).

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

In the circumstance you do receive an item that is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@thetcgguys.com.au, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. If we deem you are eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
